This is a comprehensive training program designed for triathletes, or those looking to move into the sport of triathlon. This program features a weekly coached session (please see below), online forum at club website, and a monthly training schedule to follow outside of the group workouts.
Choose one workout per week from the following options:
Tuesday evening: Run workout. Meet at the main entrance to Barton Springs Pool for a coached run workout.
Thursday evening: Tri Training workout. This workout rotates through cycling, running, transitions, core strength, and swimming(only during summer months). Website will have posting on that week's current location.
Athletes are asked to make a minimum three month commitment to the program in order to properly evaluate progress and improvement.
Other workouts such as long supported rides, or club training events, are held periodically through out the year. Information and details will be posted on such events and prior email notifications will be sent.
Course Start Date – Ongoing
Course Cost – $85/month
New athletes to the program require an intial 3 month commitment paid upfront.
