Whether you are looking to complete your first half marathon or full marathon, or you are an experienced runner, Texas Iron will help you reach your goals in a positive and hard working environment.
You must be currently enrolled in the Ongoing Triathlong Training Program OR Personal Coaching to be eligible for this long run support.
The long run support is a great way to get your training on the actual marathon course with nutritional and SAG wagon support.
Benefits:
- Long Run Nutritional Support (Clif products, water, fruit, electrolyte drink, etc...)
- SAG support and clothing drop during long run
- Covering entire half marathon and full marathon route over the course of the training program (long run workout starting locations will vary and allow runners to become intimate with the entire route)
Start Date: Sunday, November 15th
Workout Days:
- Every Sunday morning, November 15 - February 14, except for the following dates (following dates are part of the distance challenge series and are encouraged events to incorporate into the training plan) -
November 8th / Run for the Water
December 6th / Brown Santa 5k and Decker Half Marathon
January 10th / 20 Miler
January 24th / 3M half marathon and relays
February 14/ Austin Half Marathon and Marathon
Cost - $50 one time fee (can be paid at first meeting)
