New to the Texas Iron Multisport programs!  Add additional weekly workouts to get the most out of your training.  Here's how it works:

1. You join the Ongoing Triathlon Training Program.

2. You automatically get one workout that you can attend during the week (included in the ongoing fee)

3. You can add additional workouts to your weekly regime at a monthly fee of $30 per workout added.

  • Tuesday Evening Run workout.  Meet at the main entrance to Barton Springs Pool for a coached run workout : $30
  • Thursday PM Ongoing Tri Training workout.  Involves interval training and technique work in swimming, running, biking, transitions and core strength work. The workouts are tailored to individual ability levels and emphasize energy systems based on athlete’s goals.  Workout location and time will be posted on website under workout locations : $30

Example workout selection:

  1. Ongoing Tri Training which includes the monthly training schedule ($85 per month)
  2. Tuesday 6:30 p.m. run workout (FREE: one workout included in $85 fee)
  3. Thursday PM Ongoing Tri Training group workout ($30 per month)
Total due per month based on this athlete's selection: $115
