Weekly Workouts Available (check calendar to confirm workout, location and time)

  • Swimming - M, T, W, Th, F, Sun
  • Tuesday - Evening run, swim or aquathon
  • Thursday - Morning Run / Evening bike, brick, or other workout
  • Saturday / Sunday - Various weekend events including training, races and social
